I am the lead service designer and product owner for TWID e-commerce platform. It is an easy to use drag and drop service for building digital courses, web shops, web pages, landing pages, blogs, conversion and SEO optimization and subscription based services. As development manager my responsibility was to take care of an educational project together with The Centres for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for job seekers. The position included finding best possible partners, creating business plan, service design, budget control and communications with partners and end customers.

I took care of the webpage and wrote the newsletter for Ubiquitous Computer (Ubicom) –program. I was also responsible for the renewal of the Ubiquitous Computing webpage. The work included web design, graphic design, content planning and copy. I learned to use CMS, digital marketing tools and photoshop.

My position included working with dozens different software projects and startups. In this innovation center and community my role was to help the startups to involve users in their product and service developments. I did UX consultations, UX case studies, interviews, designed and led focus groups and I also taught companies and team members the UX principles.
