Responsible for: [+] IT services 7x24 for companies from different business sectors. [+] IT transition and transformation projects in time, budget, quality. [+] Operational quality through Zero Outage Program, 30% customer satisfaction improvement. [+] Continuous improvement in processes, tools, ISO/CMMI certifications. [+] P&L, operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma, resource management. [+] VP EMEA deputy, report to Senior Executive Board, responsible for a team of 7 mgrs. and 70 staff.

[+] Responsible for cross program management including P&L budget preparation and control, promotion of 5% yearly cost saving actions and efficiency, managing resources planning and salary bonus policy design. [+] Responsible for strategical projects including off/near-shoring production internationalization in EMEA, integration and rationalization of resources in the production units after the acquisition of other companies. [+] Reporting to Management Board, responsible for a team of 4 managers.

[+] Full IT operations responsible for IT outsourcing services with an annual budget of 50M€ and 300 specialized technicians. [+] Responsible for high critical datacenter infrastructure in Madrid and Barcelona with service 24 h/day during the 365 days/year, provision and maintenance of telecommunications, technical support for monitoring and systems administration. [+] Responsible for service delivery management in contact with customers, improvements in ITIL processes and tools.

[+] Responsible for delivering externalized IT services for main local and international customers, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, supervising fulfillment of service level agreements (SLA) and increasing the profitability through processes optimization and cross selling in the accounts.

[+] Responsible for sales in services and products related to IT and telecommunications, with direct responsibility over the units of sales, pre-sales, including the promotion of brand image.

[+] Responsible for consultancy, design, pre-sales and executive management of big IT systems, telecommunications networks, preparing strategical development and continuity plans in direct contact with customers, internals, externals and with providers.

[+] Management of the regional office for East of Spain located in Barcelona. Advice to the main customers with responsibility on commercial and technical proposals, implementation of complete security solutions, anti-intruder, access control, TV closed circuits, and global fire extinguishing systems including detection and extinction, managing internal staff and subcontractors.

[+] Part time collaboration as a teacher in the electronic laboratory belonging to the High Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers of Barcelona.
