Student coaching; creating teaching materials; contributing to and creating materials for the school's curriculum; cooperating with the sales and marketing teams (including the creation of the school's Progress Journal); contributing to and facilitating the social programme; giving students feedback on their progress, and liaising with team members in order to manage the centre's everyday activities.

Liaising with the Director/Assistant Director of Studies and the Academic Principal in order to relay teachers' concerns; writing the meetings' minutes.

Teaching English as a foreign language to adults: general English (beginners to advanced); business English (intermediate and upper-int); IELTS MID (Intermediate); conversation modules (elementary, pre-int and int); closed groups (Italian teenagers intermediate level), including planning and admin work.

Managing teachers and their performance on a day-to-day basis as well as mentoring new teaching staff; promoting the professional development of teachers by either preparing workshops and/or encouraging and supporting senior/ experienced staff to do so; performing several admin tasks including student placements; liaising with the Academic Director and DoS on a daily basis; upholding and contributing to the academic standards of the school.

Liaising with co-workers; administrative work (level changes, student placements, etc.); problem solving (students and co-workers); tailoring the course to the students' needs and interests; one-to- one sessions; coordinating mingle and excursion activities.
