Optimize and adapt business processes to the ERP system to enable internal performance improvements related to a new product

After my internship and the susequent bachelor thesis, I continued working at PPC as product manager of the same product as before. After obtaining my undergraduate degree, I left PPC in order to study Mandarin in China. - Technical and sales management of a central software product to allign it with the product portfolio

The intership was situated in the context of project management. I supported projection of a new product, and develeped a new concept for an existing product, which I also continued manging afterwards.
