In the last 15 years I helped to successfully develop and launch digital products in various sectors including Automotive, Health Care, Manufacturing, and Finance both in Software Engineering and Leadership positions. As a Coach I helped teams to have more impact and discover better ways of working together - from Product Teams to CxOs. I ran the Digital Product School as Managing Director - a unique 3-month experience where Product Managers, Designers, and Software- and AI-Engineers from around the world solve real problems with industry partners by building user-centric digital products while learning how to be an amazing digital product team. As a coach, trainer and consultant I help organisations, leaders, and teams on their way to establish an agile working culture, drive innovation, create a sense of urgency and develop user-centred digital products.
