As a member of the local management team, I took ownership of all technical aspects of Parallels Cross Platform products across EMEA. This included supporting sales and marketing with a team of Sales Engineers, speaking at events, and working with product marketing to localize the launch of new products in our region.
As the team lead of the EMEA Sales Engineering team for the Cross Platform and Cloud Service business unit, I managed team members located in Paris, London, Munich, and Spain. Additionally, I worked as a senior consultant on virtualization and data center automation projects. I supported product management, marketing, and PR by creating case studies, competitive analysis, and presentations.
As a member of a small team at Parallels, I played a key role in ramping up the enterprise business in Europe. During the ramp-up phase, my focus was on onboarding partners and winning lighthouse accounts such as German Railway/Deutsche Bahn. In addition, I provided pre- and post-sales consultancy for partners and end customers and conducted product trainings in Central Europe.
