Currently, as Vice President, Finance & Administration of the Realty Management Division (RMD) of Goldman Sachs, I perform management oversight and reporting of key risk and control activities. I execute sustainable best-in-class GRC programs such as operational risk, technology risk, Sarbanes-Oxley/COSO compliance, internal audit, model control/UDA, and data protection. I also prepare, maintain and test business continuity and crisis management plans for the division.

As Director of Process & Controls, function as the enterprise risk management officer and oversee risk intelligence gathering. My role entails working with our business units to establish, maintain and continuously improve their risk management capabilities. Serving as Secretary of the Global Risk and US Risk Committees, I facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor priority risks while centralizing the aggregation and reporting of risk information to the Archon Operating Committee.

Co-managed the Dallas office of this rapidly growing Atlanta-based system consulting firm specializing in the implementation of Oracle Financials prior to its merger with AnswerThink Consulting. Member of the Management Committee. Guided the firm's practice in the areas of process improvement, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and information technology strategy and systems planning. Clients included GE Capital, JPI, Paragon Group, and Pegasus Systems.

Founded and held full P & L and operational responsibility for successful business process improvement consulting practice focused on the real estate and financial services industry. Secured key accounts including NatWest, KeyCorp, PHH Corporation, MBL Life Assurance Corporation, and Riggs National Corporation. Formed strategic alliance with EDS Consulting (BEI Golembe).

Directed marketing efforts for this leading provider of investment management software which is now part of SS & C Technologies. Developed business plan and managed national marketing effort. Identified key prospects, prepared marketing collateral and managed exhibition operations at major trade shows such as American Bankers Association. Clients included top 50 banks and insurance companies such as Fleet , Shawmut , Security Pacific Bank, Bankers Trust, Barnett Bank, and Wells Fargo
