As the Director and Chief Executive Officer of WisTex, he provides strategy and vision for the company, oversees staff and independent contractors, and is actively involved in the marketing and sales efforts of the company. Scott is directly involved in the design and implementation of new products and services, together with his team, and is currently developing several e-commerce offerings and information products, such as courses, books and video training.

Provides training for individuals, small businesses and corporations in a variety of subjects including WordPress, Drupal, Microsoft Office, business processes and various proprietary systems. Sometimes this involves creating a customized class, or learning a proprietary system, so that I may then train the customer’s employees. Customers (both students & employers) enjoy my ability to customize the class towards their needs, which makes the course more useful for them and more focused.

Manages, organizes and edits web content for the company's external and internal support portal, knowledge base and education center website. This includes creating an overall vision for the support website, writing articles, and implementing coding changes to the website. Works closely with management to ensure that company policy is incorporated into the knowledge base and disseminated throughout the organization. Supervises a team of technical writers.
