Being a tech lead for a department portfolio of 11 projects and 38 highly skilled software engineers on site and offshore. I took on multiple responsibilities including security and architectural oversight, security and architectural reviews, hands on software development, code reviews, implementations and review of new and existing practices and patterns, setting up processes on the technical and business level, investigating and reviewing tooling together with other department management functions.

Senior software developer consulting in Credit Suisse where I performed front-end and back-end software development while working in a scrum environment using a wide range of technologies. The project I worked on was for an interactive internet fund application for Private Banking and Asset Management which presents regular funds as well as 3rd party funds for external (internet) and internal (intranet) use.

Started at Global Kinetic where I was one (of three) of the first developers to start with a payment gateway solution, which later evolved into a now international payment method by smart devices and other methods (Zapper). The team extended to over 60 employees. Systems Developed: Zapper Mobile Payment solution, Payment Gateway, Merchant Management Web API, Dev Tools, Various Services (windows and web), Scan to Login.

After working for IQ Business for 10 months as a contractor I was approached to become a permanents employee before my 1 year contract was finished. The company is at the forefront of technology. Writing and architecting windows forms applications. My tasks included business analysis and requirements gathering from the client. Software analysis, software development and design using a range of developer tools (Visio etc.). Managing a small team of developers.

Started working at the company when they were still quite small and took on multiple job roles at one time including development, systems administration and query analysis. As the company grew, certain responsibilities were delegated to new staff members so that he could focus purely on development. Mainly focused on developing web application. Developing and maintaining and refactoring existing applications and websites. Writing SQL Queries for reporting.
