- Head of the cross-plant Supply-Planning and Export-Departments with management of 16 supply-planners at the plants Heilbronn, Cologne and Gütersloh - Ensuring the optimal availability of goods while avoiding overstocks or waste - Working together in internal and external supply-chain, production and sales projects - Responsibility for preparation and moderation of the supply-reviews of the monthly SNOP-Meeting

- Management of a team of 22 people on site at the premises of Dow Chemical in Ahlen - Improvement of the integration in the customer’s Supply Chain - Development of project proposals for optimizing the logistical situation on site - Consultation concerning logistical issues by the client
