I directly support ITC customers in the EMEA region with the running of their zPDT or zD&T systems. ITC provide small z/Series compatible systems for companies requiring an IBM mainframe for development (zPFT for ISVs) or testing (zD&T). The systems, known as uPDT or System ReDD, run either Redhat Linux or SuSE Linux as a base operating system and then zPDT as the emulation software to allow mainframe operating systems to run on an Intel platform.
