Supporting the implementation of solutions from conception till initiation by providing information, managing stakeholders, and engaging in all the key business analysis tasks that need to be completed to implement the solution

Successfully implemented SWART (Swiss Advanced Risk Technology) and SWART Alps softwares for most of Iranian Banks Managed an existing portfolio to ensure that credit quality is maintained while adding incremental growth and developed relationship plans and client contact strategy to meet the bank’s business objectives.

Co-created and Managed " Mellat Club", an online customer club and loyalty program for "Mellat bank". Led different technical and functional teams. Designed Marketing and business plan for motivating customers to use online banking services.
