Performing the revisions at HACCP related documents and make update for the related departments. Leading 6 sigma project and taking role in process development projects.

Managing Production Team in order to produce best quality product in line with production plans with maximum cost and energy saving. Supporting 'Continuosly Improvement' projects and working as a team member with several improvement projects. Making the communication between the blue collar personnel with the managment team.

Leading projects with Production, R&D and QA Departments and becoming familiar with the all details of process. Leading teams and organising shift lists and other related tasks as assisting the Production Supervisors.
