Ensures coordination of Inspection&Test Department, by leading a multi-disciplinary team. Manages the team to assure compliance to applicable local and national codes and regulation. Coordinates Inspection and Maintenance Plan preparation to carry out maintenance, NDT and any visual and/or dimensional inspection of plant components, with emphasis placed on safety critical, to maintain Plant Asset integrity. Actively participate in quickly resolving plant operation and maintenance trouble

Leads plant Operation and Maintenance to reach the maximum performance level and to optimize Turnaround cost and duration. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates Purchase and HSE department. Performs budgets preparation and periodic review.

To manage the contract withthe strategic customers, such as Exxon Refinery, Nuovo Pignone (General Electric), Eni e&p, Saipem. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Minimizes exposure and risk on the assigned project.

To guarantee the Energy Services (heat, air compressed, electric power and air conditioning) to FIAT Mirafiori Automobiles Site, according to the Customer site production plan and contract parameters To ensure that Production Plant (Power Plant and Air Compressor equipments) are operating and maintened effectively and efficiently, minimizing the operating cost and shut down.
