• Implement the quality management system and certification against EASA PART 21.G/J regulatory aerospace standard and EN9100 standard for POA • Implementing EN 9145 APQP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC activities • Manage the Aircraft Program Milestones on quality tasks • Leading the risk and opportunity of processes • Managing supplier activities • Preparing audits • Using of statistic methods and Quality Core Tools to solve the problems (e.g., SPC, 8D, 9S methodology (EN 9136), 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA etc.)

* Ensuring compliance to national and international quality standards and regulations. ( EASA Part 21, POA,DOA, Part 145, AS 9100D, ISO 1400:2015, OHSAS 18001) * Manage internal audits. * Ensuring quality awareness * Initiating and following-up corrective actions * Managing the activities related to auditing, evaluating and approving the suppliers. * Managing all measurement and test equipment. * Leading the risk and opportunity management * Counterfeit, and FOD management

* Managing customer complaints * Corrective-preventive actions and continuous improvement measures, * Managing Internal and Area audits * Managing 6 Sigma Projects * Maintain the ISO AS/EN9100 - AS 9110 quality system * Adapting actual ISO 9001 system to the level required for ISO AS/EN9100. * Monitor supplier performance and carry out supplier audits * Managging ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 requirements

* Supplier Development Activities * Component validation on time vs. Project milestones, * Following the Supplier KPI's, * Improvement of supplier performance * leadership of supplier APQP process, * Supplier / Part Risk Assessments and develop risk mitigation actions * PPAP part approval * Deliver Quality & Capacity Verification Quality of Event on time delivery * Support Supplier selection & development processes to achieve a self-sufficient supply base (TS16949) * Preparing of Supplier Quality handbook
