* Provide L1 to L3 technical support on Cisco Collaboration Infrastructure for various APJ clients * Perform service desk incident handling adhering to SLA's and ITIL best practices * Collaborate with global and remote teams to get issues resolved in a timely fashion * Installation/Configure/patching/troubleshoot CUCM, IMP, CUC and Expressway clusters, License manager, CUBE Gateways. * Cisco WebEx related configurations/Troubleshooting * Experience in Kurmi Automation/Imagical reporting for CUCM

1) Implementation of LAN, WAN, Datacenter, Voice and Wireless networks. • Cisco datacenter networks – Nexus 9K NXOS/ACI Mode 5K, 3K. • Cisco LAN –3850, 3750, 2960, small business switches • Cisco WAN – ISR 4000 series. • Cisco Call Manager 11.5, 10.5, Cisco CCX, Cisco IM & Presence, Cisco expressway. • Cisco Meraki – Meraki Access points. 2) Technical high-level/detailed design documentation. 3) Level 3 support for clients. 4) Directly interact with Cisco TAC for technical support.

*Working for an ISP IP Network and manage/monitor/troubleshoot LankaCom island-wide network and customer networks. *Maintain and troubleshoot Upstream Provider routers and Internet Exchange Routers. *Configure and manage Cisco, MikroTik Routers/Switches and Fortigate, Checkpoint, Sophos, Sonicwall and Cyberoam Firewalls. *Arrange and carry out product training, Pre-sale and post-sale support (Fortigate, FortiAnalyzer, Sophos, CheckPoint SandBlast). *Responsible for iDC upgrading/migration/expansion projects

Technical related work duty •Configure and manage Sophos, Checkpoint, FortiGATE and Sonicwall firewalls. •Handling backup and restore system for all firewalls. •IPSEC VPN and SSL VPN configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting. •Monitoring network maintenance activities and troubleshooting of security issues to achieve maximum reliability. •Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
