I was in charge of all general affairs of the office, including correspondence management, paper and electronic files management, making preparations for meetings, seminars and other events, affairs with the government, bank and tax accountant. Besides this, I provided administrative assistance including collecting information, preparing documents and doing translation of products brochures and proposals for use by my supervisor- the CEO.

In charge of all general affairs of the branch company and providing administrative supports. My responsibilities include accounting, making arrangements for meetings and events, making travel and hotel arrangements, coordinating products supply, correspondence management and system management. I operated the Qingdao branch company well and provided assistances to the sales team. As a new branch company, we started our business smoothly and realized our sales goals as a team.

Zensho is the management company of the chain restaurants Sukiya and Nakau, as well as other brands in Japan and China. Besides general affairs such as correspondence management, making travel and hotel arrangements, calculating monthly budgets, I was responsible to ensue stable ginger products supply from Chinese factories. Later I was also in charge of the supply of napkins and chopsticks. My work was quality control of these products, price negotiation and searching for new manufacturers.

In charge of coordinating shipment plans of Japanese clients and ship companies and making sure products arrive in Japan ports in time. I had more than 40 company clients and I kept high level of customer satisfaction. Not only did I ensure all products arrived in Japan in time even in urgent situations, but I also managed to increase customers' trust in the company, as well as guaranteed higher portions for future deliveries.
