The assignment is to calculate the stick-slip effect on the bevel gears using MATLAB under different operating conditions.

A fertilizer complex in Pakistan with a state-of-the-art coal power plant for steam and power production. • Assisted my unit manager in planning & executing preventive & corrective maintenance activities of rotatory equipments with OHSA compliance. • Designed a high-pressure steam heat exchanger as per TEMA, ASME & API standards and supervised its construction activities. • Learnt safety & emergency protocols, participated in fire drill and completed DuPont STOP Series.

KAPCO is the largest combined cycle power plant in Pakistan. • Studied the maintenance SOPs of GE gas turbine, MS9001 E-class, and Siemens steam turbine, SST-600. • I learned about the technicalities of transmission, dispatch and tariff-calculation of electricity in Pakistan.

Intern in generation department at BQPS-II. • Studied combined cycle power plant in detail. • Worked with E&P team in designing TIAC system that improved the overall capacity of plant by 8%.
