Managing plant automation projects

Technical (Mechanical) responsibility of plant engineering projects. Created specifications, layouts and single point of contact to customer.

Wrote the master thesis on improvement of communication and information exchange with Agency countries (i.e Countries in EMEA/LATAM). Applied the communication audit principles to find the gaps in communication and suggested tools in the form of unified complaint sheet for better complaint handling and developed e-Newsletters for better transfer of information using information mapping principles and industry design standards.

Supported department of Global procurement for six months. The main task was to optimize Specification management which gave an insight into the various practical aspects of Procurement from Contracting to sourcing, importance of specifications, its documentation and its management. Additionally supported Supplier relationship management activities and helped develop a tool that gives process options for Vendor managed inventory (VMI)

Worked on Heat ventilation and air conditioning design projects. Reverse Engineering using CAD Pro-E (Flex-3) and Windchill Pro/INTRALINK (Engineering Data Management Solution). Job included designing Complex Piping systems and sheet metal.
