Über mich
In the two years and four months working experience in the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, I worked as an Assistant Research Fellow and Project Manager with three middle and large scale international projects. After these projects, I decided to pursue a further study in Germany. I was accepted by Universitaet Freiburg in April 2020. The program collaborated with the FLACSO university in Argentina and JNU in India. In 2021, I earned the opportunity to work with Haus des Engagements by cold email proposing the potential SDGs development strategy for them. The job ended at February 2022 due to my study. (totally around 8 months) I am a team player and a responsible, trustworthy person. I appreciate the logic, discipline, and the way of how people in Germany doing things. The discipline, strict logic, and strong will in executing the project deeply carved in my heart. In sum, team player; responsible; quick adapter; discipline; and innovative mindset are my characters.

Introduce the Impact Staircase Model to the team (WIrkungstreppe) and map out the initial SDGs pattern for the HdE and its team; (2) Assist to plan Facebook strategies in the purpose of promoting HdE; (3) Assist to writing the draft of event report and news release; (4) Translate HdE official website into English; (5) Develop a potential list donors for fundraising; (6) Help office coordinator for daily routines.
