My work involved the elucidation of the mechanism of unregulated glycolysis induced radio- resistance in cancer cells using HEK-293 cell line. • Maintenance and cultivation of various human and murine cell lines. • Characterization of transfected cell line using microscopy, flow cytometry and western blotting. • Supervision of 3 Bachelor’s students.
