Communicating upcoming project, and Business as Usual (BAU) changes to staff and external stakeholders. • Developing and maintaining communication plans for system and project-related changes • Liaising with business contacts from impacted stakeholder divisions to ensure communication plans meet needs • Creating and delivering messages through a variety of media including email, update articles, websites, bulletins • Coordinating stakeholder sign-off and approval on all messages

Supporting local sales team and small international satellite offices with marketing material, website copy and trade show/expo coordination. • Organized exhibition at: o Cisco Networkers, Unified Communications Expo, Microsoft Tech-Ed • Case studies, press releases and testimonials • Brochure and web copy, updating technical specifications for software updates/new service pack releases • Managing Partnerships with Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Audiocodes, Dialogic, Telstra and SAP
