Silvia Fessner

Passionate life science researcher with PhD and strong interdisciplinary knowledge covering cell biology, respiratory diseases, virology (SARS-CoV-2; BSL-3), microscopy and spatial transcriptomics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, developmental biology, animal studies, and histology/pathology. I have a strong publication record, experience in medical and scientific writing as well as in project management from several different positions at Universities and NGOs. I enjoy international and intercultural communication, love to gain and share knowledge and want to use this knowledge to advance patient health and overall societal well-being.
