Creating relations between ERP, B.I, SAP, and data warehouses. - Analyse data, detecting deviations, creating adjustments/accruals of ~3M Eur/month, and avoiding fees of over 20M Eur. - Support the Country Manger business decisions, identifying efficiency, profitability and optimization opportunities.

- MBA Consultant: lead creation of business plans for data2impact (Mckinsey Spin off) - Researcher assistant in the Center for Advanced Studies in Management. - Fulltime MBA student

- Managed several optimization projects, collaborated for a year with McKinsey in project Simplicity, ~10.000 FTE reduction. - Represented Revenue Accounting in the stakeholder meetings: Prioritizing requirements, negotiating resources, and deadlines. - Analyzed data, using macros, Access, and SQL. Solving more than 150 ad hoc requests and saving over 1MM USD per month. Working closely with IT teams and Business Intelligence. - Support the month end, budgeting and forecasting process.

• Founded one of the first online goods delivery platforms in Chile, connecting local producer with customers directly at their houses. Delivering in 3 cities and achieving a net profit of 800 euros per week. • Led a team of 5 people in tasks as product delivery, data collection, and marketing. Implementing route and supply optimization models to optimize timings and results.
