As Principal Program Manager, I am responsible to successfully deliver a set of projects, mainly focussing on growth and tactical objectives.

Program responsible for growth, real estate, mandatory and tactical projects.

Project and programme management using « classical » (PMBok of PMI, Prince 2) and « agile » (Scrum) methodologies in the insurance, banking and industry sectors. Last project : in charge of the French interface of a French-German merger project for a worldwide recognized insurance company (20 M€ budget over 2 years), I was responsible for : - leading business teams - identifying, analyzing and solving issues - managing internal and external interferences

In charge of modernising the entire group’s crisis management system. My main duties were : - designing crisis room - optimising crisis management documentation (guidelines, procedures, …) - ensuring development and deployment of a crisis communication software tool - organising crisis exercises at a national level

As one of Pharesight’s three founders, I was in charge of the business plan’s elaboration as well as new customers’ prospects. Furthermore I performed several risk management projects in the banking, insurance and industry sectors.

Within the framework of numerous crisis management projects in the banking, insurance and industry sectors, I elaborated business continuity plans on the basis of critical activity interruption analyses.
