Interpretation and fulfillment of the customer contract and meeting all targets of the project – mainly budgetary and scheduler - agreed at the award phase leading the project management team comprised of 10-20 people depending on the volume and requirements of the project.

Active role in systems engineering and PM team whereas to fulfill project sales and execution activities regarding the power systems turnkey projects mainly transmission and distribution substation and power generation business, promote new ABB products and systems, follow-up the tenders in the market, cooperate with the client during the pre-tendering stage, prepare both private and government sector quotations, technical and commercial contracting stage activities.
