As an experienced SAP Project Manager and Business Process Manager, I have experience on managing different projects mainly focused on digital transformation, full cycle system implementation from initiation to service transition, business process re-engineering (BPR), internal audit (SOX), and IT due diligence and IT strategy development. I developed myself on how to bridge the as-is with to-be by the support of applications and was able to understand the value of being an effective team-member along with establishing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. I'm an expert in commonly used project management (MS Project/SharePoint, SAP SolMan, ServiceNow, JIRA) and process management (ARIS IT Architect and MS Visio) tools. And have a profound knowledge about Waterfall and Agile project management frameworks and methodologies (PMI, SAP ASAP&Activate). I'm proficient in establishing a PMO function from scratch and experienced in project/program organization and governance.
