In my current Role I manage the entire engineering development overseeing resources, staffing, and the enhancement and maintenance of a first-class teams of Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Systems and Application groups. I lead the development teams with a focus on Industrial automation and drives technologies including but not limited to Industry4.0, IoT, Scalable system designs.

As a passionate intrapreneur and leader, my major responsibilities at Bosch are: Senior project manager for Comfort Actuators Mechatronics. Onsite and offshore product development. OEM and supplier network management. Steering of Functional Managers and related sub-teams. Product engineering and Delivery. Establish and manage communication within the extended technical team, production plant and offshore development sites.

My current responsibilities include : - Product engineering and process. - Lead product definition. - Lead technical concept design to SOP. - Lead the action plan to solve technical and business issues. - Lead Change Management for requirements and Program scope definition.

Job Responsibilities: Control Systems design Digital Signal Processing, Power Electronics, Systems Engineering, Requirement Engineering, “Rapid Prototyping” and “Proof of Concept” using dSpace, Model based Development using MATLAB Auto-code generation and integration to SW system, Working with 8, 16, 32 bit micro-controllers and compiler tool chains,
