Managing end to end ICT Business Systems data migration for a complex Digital Transformation project The job includes defining the end to end solution architecture , solution integration and solution implementation, delivery assurance and operations management of data transformation and migration of Legacy Prepaid and Postpaid BSS Data for Mobile and Fixed line Operations to the new stack Digital BSS solutions Leading a team of 50+ people across nationalities in Onshore, Nearshore and Offshore facility.

Played the role of solution architect in BSS Transformation & Data Migration of for Mobile and Fixed line Operations for one of the biggest digital ICT transformation program in Central Europe for a Tier1 Telecom Provider . The program covered Digital transformation involving movement of legacy BSS solution from Legacy to COTS based best of new breed IT Solutions using Siebel CRM & Amdocs Rating, Billing, Enterprise Product Catalog as well as the data migration from Legacy Systems to new Stack Solutions

• Led Implementation and Operations Support for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management for a Tier1 ICT Operator in India • Led a 15+ member team in design , implementation and operations support using Subex Moneta and Nikira Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management solutions for Pan-India operations

Led a team of business consultants and architects to help build and deploy solution for Billing and Payments of a Tier1 ICT Service Provider in UK

• Led the design & implementation for transformation and migration of prepaid billing data from file based Prepaid Billing System to a new version of IN based Prepaid System of Siemens for a tier1 Mobile Operator in India • Managed the Operations Support of Postpaid GSM Billing Systems from Siemens for a tier1 Mobile Operator in India • Led the implementation of Postpaid GSM Billing Systems Solutions of Siemens in Tier 1 Mobile Operator in Bhutan

• Led Revenue Assurance implementation and onsite support in Venezuela; a 1m USD Revenue Assurance design and implementation project. • Was part of team responsible for Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management solution design for mobile & fixed line postpaid and prepaid business and then led the onsite implementation support from Venezuela leading a team 15 people at onsite and offshore
