As a technical consultant for AmdocsCRM, I was chiefly responsible for the providing functional and technical consulting including customization of out-of-box functionality, migration of existing functionality to and making it compliant with AmdocsCRM. Main responsibilities were: - CRM 7.5 (APM 7.5) technical consulting. - Ensure compliance of migrated applications - Analyze and resolve migration related problems - Collaborate with the back office support teams - Liaise with the clients

As a senior team member I was mentored the junior team members and helped them understand functional and technical aspects of ClarifyCRM application modules. Mainly responsible for the following: - Functional and technical knowledge sharing for CalrifyCRM modules - Pioneer the use of Agile development methodology, user story generation and realization process - Reverse engineer the existing applications for the performance enhancement - Requirements gathering, feasibility analysis and gap analysis

As a senior subject matter expert, I worked on various ClarifyCRM projects. This was also the first time that I became familiar with the Agile development methodology. Main tasks included: - Requirements gathering and analysis - Create and maintain process models in Visio - Create high level and technical design and specifications - JSPs, Beans and Processes customizations and developments - Customize out-of-box ClarifyCRM components - Generation and maintenance of user stories - Development and testing

Designed and developed a data conversion utility that supported multiple GPS data formats and their conversions. Responsibilities included: - Define and analyze requirements - Perform feasibility analysis and scoping - Create high level design and low level technical specification documents - Development, testing and deployment - Package the utility for distribution to customers and third party vendors
