My thesis is entitled 'The role of CXORF21 in systemic lupus erythematosus'. I sought for an association between rare variants in CXORF21 and SLE. I used techniques as PCR and Sanger sequencing. Additionally, I did an expression analysis (flow cytometry, Western blot) to enable new insight in the expression of the hardly described protein CXorf21. derstandard.at/2000053751074/Gene-Proteine-und-Barockgesang www.fh-campuswien.ac.at/studium/aktuell/news-und-termine/detail/News/dem-wolf-auf-der-spur.html
