Master Thesis internship on topic: "Optimization and product launch within Material Management for new products"

Currently working on my Project Paper for my Master’s Degree in cooperation with SCM Group. The project topic is: ‘’Analysis of systems for the reassembling of the furniture kit for batch one production’’. Aim of the project is to refocus the production from mass to custom, a production process (SCM patented) is being analyzed with the aim to get an automatic resequencing of the single components in order to have the complete assembling kit as output ready to use.

Through the project ''bulthaup office kitchen'' I worked as a part of the team to develop new designs for office kitchen. We developed the full concept, idea and theme for a fresh new office kitchen. With this project I learned to work in team and concentrate on the skills of every individual to develop the best product the given team can develop.

I took part in various projects of the Wood Cluster Herzegovina, of which the most notable is participation and accession to the tendering for new unique designs in wood industry.

Lignum doo Mostar is a private company in the city of Mostar, that deals with manufacturing furniture in make to order style. I participated in various sectors within the company, and I have gained a big amount of knowledge in the production of furniture, starting from receiving customer to the production of the final product.
