Providing regular specialized product coachings, starter trainings, group coachings; Managing information and point of contact for 2 of our games; Creating and updating internal product articles; Responsible for the customer support for the Bulgarian market: Handling other operational tasks, projects and escalations

Responsibility for the entire Bulgarian community base; Established a relationship with the forum community, throughout the creation of numerous events and utilizing different behavioral approaches; Assisting with the customer support for the English community and tasked with additional extracurricular assignments; Teaching newcomers.
