• Responsibility for the financing of all group entities (bilateral credit lines, subsidized loans, leasing) • Set-up and optimization of IC loans • Bank and shareholder reporting • Short, mid and long term CF forecasting • Cash management and cash pooling • Management of the IC liquidity worldwide • Optimization of the hedging policy • Point of contact for all group entities, auditors, banks, leasing companies and family shareholders in all treasury matters • Managerial responsibility for 2 employees

Replacement of GETRAG tasks after Magna takeover: • RFQ and new set-up of the cash management and payroll in Turkey • Refinancing negotiations and closing for the Magna entities in Turkey • Cash flow optimization within Magna Europe (approx. 200 business units) • Treasury integration of a lightning technology company in Italy after takeover • Loan agreement negotiations for several entities in India • Leasing renegotiation for the entire vehicle fleet in Magna Europe

Additional tasks to previous position: • Technical management responsibility for the Treasury team in the parent company • Responsibility for the entire refinancing of the parent company and related subsidiaries • Optimization and simplification of the banking structure and the cash management • Short, mid and long term cash flow forecasting • Rating, advisory, capital market

• Treasury lead (approx. 5.000 employees, EUR 1.3 billion turnover) • Responsibility for the refinancing (syndicated, bilateral und subsidized loans) of all group entities (Western Europe, Slovakia, North America, India) • Short, mid and long term CF forecast • Cash management, cash pooling • SEPA compliance • Risk Management, Compliance, Hedging • Budget responsibility for the interest expense/income • Point of contact for CFO, banks, shareholder, insurance companies, auditors • Managerial responsibility
