I'm leading the CQ5 Quality Engineering and Product Documentation teams at Adobe, both part of the RnD Group, and I am reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering. Since late 2011 I'm also a member of the Basel Site Counsil. I work best in challenging environments where unconventional solutions are necessary and welcomed, and that's why I'm able to not only lead 17 reports to achieve company goals, but also let them pursue ambitious personal goals.
