As a recognized leader in the race of innovation, I use my imagination to explore and squeeze information to diversify my visionary perspective to any situation. This allows me to select and develop my best ideas after having explored varying approaches. Basing my leadership on knowledge, focus, method, seriousness, flexibility, independence, adventurousness as well as pragmatism, I’m a high clarifier, ideator and developer dual citizenship (Italian and German) Ph.D. in Material Science and Technology with a background in Fundamental High Energy Physics. In my curricular, co-curricular and professional achievements, during the past several years, I have shown initiative, creativity in problem solving and a commitment to build consensus and excellence throughout the research and industrial communities and in a variety of settings.
