Overlooking and organizing of all fin-ishing departments, including Trim-ming department, Fettling/ Finishing departments, Heat treatment and In-spection. Timeous delivery of required castings.

Stock reports and breakdowns Monitoring inventory movements Recons Preparation of aftermarket study Correspondence with overseas sup-pliers Planning timely orders Placing orders (imported and local) Basic logistics Participation in Purchase Agreements Financial analyses Financial presentations Abridged monthly financial reports Financial transactions (e.g. opening Letter of Credits) Participation in business negotiations Pricing Preparing sales graphs and trends
