The Allyship & Action Platform is an a program that gathers voices to have tough conversations about racism and discrimination in the industry through experiences, education and goals. It is a platform for ad land to radically shift how it creates opportunities for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Women, non-binary and chronically ill/disabled communities. It will hold corporations, start-ups and agencies accountable on creating a new equitable industry, together.
