Responsible for service delivery of organizational core functions such as procurement, office services, facility services, real estate management, project & process Management and support of International Units in Western Europe.

Key Activities: Facility management (infrastructural, technical, commercial), internal services (travel desk, fleet management, mail office, archive, reception desk, catering/canteen), operational procurement, reconciliation (nostro accounts), neutral controls (internal & nostro accounts, dealing activities, PM-depositaries & inventory, security-depositaries, balance confirmations, ...)
