I was responsible for the Recruitment for Siemens Contact Centre in Cork. In Siemens Cork provide IT Helpdesk support for Siemens companies allover Europe. They also provide support to a number of Client companies who have outsourced their IT Helpdesk to Siemens. From Cork they support a total of 16 languages.
