SAP Service Delivery and Operation Manager: I led and managed a project team of 40 (offshore and onshore) members, acted as single point of contact for the business community for all SAP modules. Drafting and presenting detailed reports on project success criteria results, metrics, tests and deployment management activities and KPI scorecards for service delivery and improving service performance and availability have also been some of my responsibilities.

SAP Basis Consultant: Worked as Sr. Consultant (SME) for Alliance Boots and Sysco projects. The project involves providing Production project support to Alliance Boots project. The scope of the project lies in understanding the Alliance Boots ERP Landscape and co-ordination with various teams across the globe to provide Implementation, Operations and maintenance.

IT Support and Administrator Activities include: • Worked on Tickets in a support role. • First level support & bug analysis, as well as contact to 2nd level support • Install and configure hardware and software for users • Writing the test case and performed the functional testing.
