• GD & Tolerance Stack analysis of Engine components and sub-systems • Design of Cranktrain System and Lubrication system components as per system requirements from Design Release Engineer • Design changes for different Manufacturing process (Casting and Forging design of Crankshaft and Connecting Rod) • Detailing and modification of drawings as per GM standards • NX- Motion simulation proposals for Piston Assembly and Reluctor Ring assembly in V8 Engine

• Concept design of HVAC System as per vehicle requirements • Preparation and release of HVAC Technical Specification Sheet • Prototype development & participation in Vehicle Validation and Testing • Benchmark data generation & DFMEA for HVAC system • Coordination with Suppliers, CFD Team, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle Styling, BIW, Interiors, Engine Design & Vehicle Testing • Design Release of parts and assemblies for proto & production

• Design of HVAC System & Packaging study as per requirements. • Proto development & Tooling model preparation. • Coordination with Engineering Research Center, Tata Motors & Integrated Design and Manufacturing (IDAM) Center, Mahindra Ltd.

• 3-D Modeling of Parts (Aeronautics, Automotive & Consumer goods) • Design of Precision Pressure Dies, Gravity Dies and Plastic Moulds using Unigraphics-NX
