Sven Kräuter is an agile coach and interim manager. In his 15 years in the online industry he has gained experience with kanban, scrum, OKRs and scaling agile in large corporations, agencies and start-ups. In 2012 he started assisting companies to benefit from agile ways of working as a freelancer. His clients include corporations such as Deutsche Börse, ING or Unity Media, as well as start- ups / scale-ups such as Zalando, Mister Spex and Babbel. In 2015 he joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Manager to enhance the firms digitisation and agility offerings even further in EMEA. Focussing on the finance and insurance market he ran projects ranging from enhancing business processes with digital user journeys to founding whole start-ups for large corporations.
