•Requirement gathering and analysis from the customer for this product. •R&D, create, develop, export and import ALM Integrity commands and incorporated it into Java program. •Export and Import (with Integrity commands) different types of suites of PTC Integrity like Requirement management, Test management, Issue and Defect management, Release management and source management. • Service delivery according to ITIL. • Responsible for writing scripts for automate process. •Installation of PTC ALM Integrity

• Perform installation/uninstallation and configuration of PTC PLM Windchill 11.x. • Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, MPMLink, OIR, Change Management and creating workflow in windchill. • Upgradation is done from Integrity version 10.4 to 11.2 • throughout in creating an upgrade plan for three separate system upgrades. (Development, Staging and Production server) • Experience in upgrading test/production Integrity Server, Integrity Client, and FlexNet license manager.

•Experience in installing, configuration, upgradation and Migration of the ALM PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager, PLM PTC Windchill and PTC FlexPLM. •Integration of PLM Windchill with ALM Integrity. •Investigate database related issues. •Experience in Java programming and analysing the code of Java, JSPs for FlexPLM, Windchill and Integrity. •Reproduce the issues in local environment as required, maintain local labs and escalate the reproduced issues for workaround/Hotfix/ Incidents.
