Supervisory Board (SB) advises the Management Board (MB) and monitors its management, also with regard to achieving the long-term corporate targets. SB has stipulated add. approval requirements of its own for certain measures and transactions of the MB. SB is free to declare add. transactions & measures to require approval by adopting a resolution to that effect.
