    Scientific project manager on the "Moonshot" initiative at NIH’s National Cancer Institute in Maryland, US. Oversaw a nationwide, high-profile project on biomarker assay harmonization at 4 top cancer centers (Stanford, DFCI, Mt Sinai, MD Anderson) to support NCI immunotherapy clinical trials. Co-authored two publications on biomarker profiling and genomics assay harmonization for cancer immunotherapy clinical trials.

    Established and led multiple joint Stem Cell - Virology research projects. Installed and operated a sterile spinning bioreactor system to culture human cerebral organoids up to 16 weeks. Developed a novel approach for extracting virus-infected cells from brain organoids resulting in an invited protocol publication. Wrote custom routines in R computing to analyzing large genomics sequencing data sets. Published novel findings on epigenetic consequences of congenital Zika infection.
