Über mich
Talha Can IKIZ I am someone who is constantly trying to improve myself. That's why I always tried to be active throughout my education. I want to be in places where I can develop myself not only professionally but also personally. After the pandemic, I had to take a break from my higher education in Germany due to the economic conditions and I accepted the job offer from MAN and moved to Ankara, Turkey. I am currently working at MAN. In the last 2 years of my university and during my stay in Germany, I participated in local and international volunteer projects. In these projects, I took part in organization management, process management, sponsorship negotiations and planning departments. However, in the previous period, I focused on technical issues in my internship and training program in the FIAT group. The article was published here during my internship.

I took part in a training seminar organized by UIB and BUSIAD and supported by large companies such as FIAT, BOSCH, RENAULT. These try to train students in the direction of research and development. Around 5000 students apply, only 33 are selected. The training courses mentioned in my project section were given to us during this time
