Strategic HR Executive with 15+ years' global experience in Healthcare, Life Science and Electronics industries who has built and led high-performing teams across 60+ countries. Empowering leader with proven success in aligning HR with business strategies and in driving business transformation initiatives incl. M&A in diverse, complex environments. Most recently, I was the Head of HR Markets at Merck Group, a leading science and technology company, where I managed all local employee life-cycle activities and delivered country-based organizational transformation solutions across all businesses in 60+ countries. I also represented HR in the company-wide global crisis management team where we contributed to the successful response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
