My key role was to work with a wider global network of people to oversee all operational aspects of Fonterra’s Global Sourcing supply chain from material creation to order delivery with key stakeholders in South America, the USA, Europe, Australia and Asia. I coordinated global training and business improvement solutions, worked closely with our IS teams to drive enhancements that enable the users to work in SAP ECC, CRM and APO.

In my role as a business process analyst I acted as a key business support and go to person for all matters related to SAP APO - Production and Logistics Planning.

The primary objective of the project was to improve the current process by connecting people and to simplifying the end-to-end processes across the entire supply chain resulting in a reduction of waste and improving delivery performance to customers by enabling the business to use a variety of SAP modules to do the ‘heavy lifting’.

Assisting the Process Support Team by analysing and identifying system and process issues and finding solutions to enable users to correctly process orders in SAP ECC. This role identifies global sourcing training needs, delivers those and supports offshore users with process knowledge.

This role supports the wider Supply Chain business by identifying key problems in different SAP modules (ECC, GTS, WMS, APO), correcting them with the focus of minimal or no disruption to the business and to the customer.
