Managing and Handling the operations as a GM for : All Company projects: High Rise Towers, Villas, Universities, Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Roads & Infrastructure with a total value of Dhs 1.4 Billion.

• Managing all the aspects of construction for American Base Airports and Runways for US Army (US Military Corps of Engineers) and Afghan National Army with a total value of US$ 167.0 Million. • Securing and supervising subcontractors, and continually tracking material and labor costs. • Handling complete engineering process (solving, negotiating and implementing) to accomplish engineering objectives within the US CoE.

Managed all the aspects of construction for:  3 Villas with a total value of Dhs. 15.6 million, at Emirates Hills, Dubai, U.A.E.  Ground + Mezzanine + (1) stories building in Nayef, with a total value of Dhs 2.3 million Dubai, U.A.E. • Secured and supervised subcontractors, and continually tracked material and labor costs.
